Dual Worktable System: The fiber laser cutting machine equipped with an exchange worktable consists of two separate worktables positioned side by side. While one worktable is in use for cutting, the other can be prepared for the next workpiece.Cutting Process: The laser cutting machine starts cutting the workpiece on the active worktable. Meanwhile, the operator can prepare the next workpiece on the idle worktable, ensuring a smooth transition between cutting cycles.Worktable Exchange: Once the cutting process on the active worktable is complete or when it reaches a designated point, the machine automatically exchanges the worktables. The active worktable moves aside, allowing the idle worktable to take its place.Continuous Production: With the exchange complete, the machine can start cutting the next workpiece on the newly positioned worktable. This process ensures uninterrupted production as one worktable is always ready for cutting while the other is being loaded or unloaded.
