PCL BS-500AM Miter Band Saw
The PCL BS-500AM is a miter band saw that swivels 0–60° to cut tube, pipe and profiles at an angle without re-clamping. It cuts Ø500 / 550 × 500 mm at 90° and Ø500 / 500 × 500 mm at 45°. CNC shuttle feeding (500 mm per stroke, ±0.2 mm) and hydraulic angle rotation make it suited to repeat batches of angled parts.
- 0–60°angle range
- Ø500round at 90°
- Ø500round at 45°
- CNCfeeding
USD 5,000–5,500 (EXW, standard configuration). Options, voltage, packing and freight are quoted separately.

Before you order
Check three things: the largest section you cut (with some margin for the vise), the material grade and hardness, and how many cuts you need per shift. Tell us your voltage and frequency (for example 380 V 50 Hz or 440 V 60 Hz) so the motors and control are built for your grid. For blade choice, see our band saw blade TPI guide.

Frequently asked questions
What angles can the BS-500AM cut?
0–60°. Capacity falls as the angle increases, so check the 45° and 60° figures against your largest section.
What is the BS-500AM capacity at 45°?
Ø500 / 500 × 500 mm (round / rectangle).
And at 60°?
Ø280 / 280 × 500 mm (round / rectangle).
Is the angle set by hand?
On AM models the frame rotates hydraulically and the bar is CNC-fed; on M models the angle is set by hand against a scale.
What is it mostly used for?
Square and rectangular tube, pipe, channel and angle for frames, handrails, gates and trusses.
